A bit over two years. Granted, I ended up having bots and participants who were not eligible infiltrate my study. So, I had to do a lot of work to make sure I was actually recruiting real humans who were actually eligible to participate, but even without that, it was a lot.

Yes and I do not recommend. Not that it didn't go well and I didn't enjoy it but it's very time consuming and for a PhD, in my opinion, just too much.
