Just taking a moment to post about my own journey with fitness. Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve suffered from severe body confidence issues. I’ve always covered up, always hid myself (even on holiday) & it really sets back confidence in both my ever day & sex life.
Think these may be the last pics for a while (famous last words). I’m not currently happy with my progress (haven’t been disciplined as I should have with diet etc) so gonna take a bit of time to get back into a routine.
Posting purely to show progress can go backwards as well as forwards.

Had initially planned on swimming but woke up & figured I should give my body a rest. I mean I’ve been swimming 2x (Sun & Wed) and the gym 3x (Tues, Thurs & Fri). Think a lazy Saturday is justified personally

There’s something to be said about a pre-work swim & sauna. Managed to add another 100m (4 lengths) to my total distance as well so nice start to Wednesday. Not bad considering it’s only my 2nd swim session.

1st swim session done, 20 lengths (10 there & back) in a 25m pool. Considering I’ve not done swimming in years, I’m happy with the start. Now to increase number of lengths

Quiet(ish) gym yet some scruffy f*cker has stained the mirrors with something dubious. I know it’s nice to see some muscles but I reckon that’s a tad too far .

I’m about to start adding swimming to my exercise regime so thought I’d invest in some speedos. Suffice to say I need to lose a bit more weight (the front view is not pretty) 😂

Scoring awards submissions for work & honestly I’m amazed at how many just do not explain what their submission actually is, how it was done & what the results are. They were all given simple & clear guidance & now I’m left pondering how stupid people really are.
