Sometimes I think: what if we just leave these platforms? IMHO: these are no critical platforms. These platforms amplified our ability to connect, but I am in doubt about the quality of it.

In other words, when the senior leadership team isn’t aligned (cohesion), when they aren’t sincerely on board (support), and when they don't see sufficient future in why they are together (commitment), change initiatives become hugely vulnerable. The sorts of structural defects Alastair points to.

Erg interessant, @marcoderksen.bsky.social … vooral die dip van volwassenen vanaf 2001. Zijn ze minder gaan lezen? Lijkt me niet! Maar als ze dan niet de boeken lenen, waar halen ze dan vandaan? Kopen! Ik zou wel graag een derde lijn willen zien inde grafiek: aantal verkochten boeken door Donner 🤓
