Tropical Storm "Yinxing" (formerly Marce) - Positioned 935 km west of Northern Luzon, with winds of 85 km/h, gusts up to 105 km/h, moving south-southwestward at 30 km/h. 3. Tropical Storm "Man-Yi" - Located 3,280 km east of Southeastern Luzon with maximum winds of 85 km/h and gusts up to 105 km/h, moving west-southwestward at 30 km/h. 4. Tropical Depression - Situated 1,515 km east of Eastern Visayas with maximum winds of 55 km/h, gusts up to 70 km/h, moving west-northwestward at 35 km/h. The map shows the locations of these systems in the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and nearby areas, with a color-coded legend indicating the likelihood and severity of tropical cyclone formation.
