I got great news today! My bosses have approved monthly classes for our stylists to brush up on rusty skills, as well as learning new techniques and technologies. They're having me lead some classes monthly at my location, and another former instructor at our sister shop. I'm so stoked!

I am finally down to the last payment on my car 🎉 that means I can turn that boat anchor in (probably for like $200) and get something that drives.

It's really weird when your brain makes a connection that should have been obvious. Mine just connected that short of my very early life, I cannot recall my parents having any time with friends where they were at all sober. They genuinely couldn't socialize without copious amounts of booze.
