But you gotta chuckle because intentionally withdrawing contact and being completely non-reactive to their bait drives them fucking crazy.

Same sex marriage is constitutionally recognized, but now? A literal fascist is about to take power.

Once I go full-time with my ramen business, I'm donating proceeds to Japanese LGBT+ advocacy groups.

For the time being, I think I'm gonna stop by Central Fish in Fresno. That's apparently the largest Japanese market in the Central Valley.

This was a pretty decent yuzu shio ramen tonight. Certainly on the fresher side as far as packaged stuff goes.

Also a lighter style of ramen that really benefitted from rotisserie chicken breast instead of pork.

Being a 1991 baby is a real trip. Because there's enough overlap between late 80s babies and late 90s babies that you feel like the glue that's holding two generations together.

I may be nearly a thousand miles from my noodle maker, but at least there's a Daiso 30 minutes from where I'm at.

There's a certain level of irony to a guy in his 40s calling me a child when I'm literally old enough to be his nephew's dad...

If I made the mistake of having kids fresh out of high school? No joke, they would be his nephew's age.

Kiyomizu Dera, Kinkakuji, the original Imperial Palace, Arashiyama Grove, and Inari Shrine for sure.
