The Roman engineer Vitruvius's (80-20 BCE) description that #Leonardo Da Vinci used to draw the Vitruvian Man did not mention anything connected to #Fibonacci, #Phi or the #Golden spiral but the drawing is so acurate that the proportions can be clearly seen.

Did #Henri Cartier-Bresson use a #goldenspiral overlay? No,of course not, you can see the border of the print, so the composition was framed using the camera not the print, but it shows that good images can be explained using #fibonacci numbers

Looking for the Golden Proportion in Michelangelo's Creation of Adam. I like the harmony from God's eye, through Adam's body to his eye. Finding composition being described using maths is very satisfying for late Thursday night before bed.
