#Hospital visits done for the year. Spoke to a lovely physiotherapist called Louise who said that healing was going well. Still some way to go. More hand exercises to try and I don’t have to wear the hand splint now unless I am going to bed or going out in public. She was positive about where I am

#DDay + 1. Second cast off. Healed really well according to the nurse. Physio went through some exercises to get arm, wrist and fingers in tip top condition. Cannot complain, but has forced me to delay taking up jazz guitar.

#DDay + 1. Second cast off. Healed really well according to the nurse. Physio went through some exercises to get arm, wrist and fingers in tip top condition. Cannot complain, but has forced me to delay taking up jazz guitar.

Still alive. Tell you something. I understand now while #drugs are so seductive. Since surgery been avoiding the painkillers until last night when I finally succumbed because of the pain. Very nice. Even a warning on the packet ‘can cause addiction’. I’ll be off them before that. Trust me.
