That is good to know! There are a bunch of ducks on the pond here in Reykjavík. Most tourists bring bread but that’s not great for them I think. I’m going to look for tomatoes or peas.

It’s great here as always. It’s my go to for peace and unwinding a bit, plus I have friends to visit here now. I’m going to a glacier park tomorrow. If I had your skill with photography I’d post some good pictures of it 😁

Seems a bit much from Campbell’s Soup. We have a recognizable brand and have to decide on oppositions frequently. I think it is worth putting some time into thinking things through before filing and asking whether this is really something that could harm us. Same with C&Ds.

I now have a book to read by Hallgrímur Helgason. I’ve read books by Hildur Knútsdóttir (trying to read one in Icelandic—that has been slow going!).

I’m fairly certain I spotted Uggi when I was walking from the city centre to Grótta last May. Unless he has twins in Reykjavík. He is distinctive!

You can rent a winter coat at a place on Laugavegur. Can’t remember the name. Might look into that…I have a number of winter jackets already and 66°North isn’t cheap!

I accidentally left my coat in the car at the airport. I have base layers and a lopapeysa but I think I’m going to have to buy something when I get there :)
