OpenAI is now required by court order to preserve all ChatGPT logs including "temporary chats" and API requests that would have been deleted
if I understand this correctly, it means data retention policies for apps that use OpenAI API simply cannot be honored

I have a couple columns on Excel that are sharing GDP and unemployment rate differences for quarters. I'm trying to plot them on a line graph (I guess that assumes correlation). I have Excel, PowerBi, and RStudio at my disposal. Can anyone offer some help? My technical skills are limited.
