As a child, the concept of 'HAL Laboratory' was as exciting as Willie Wonka's chocolate factory. Was it full of Kirbys? Did they test the hammer, UFO and parasol in there?

It’s one of the best flag designs. There was a podcast about flag design I listened to a while ago and it fits all the major criteria for excellent design.
