I think a big difference that reduces engagement is that ‘likes’ have no effect here, and people tend to like rather than repost. But the only way more people will see a post, is if their followers repost it 😕

Indeed. It’s FOG. They’re using..Fear. Obligation. Guilt.
All sides of politics use it. It’s just that some are better at it than others. Our current Oz PM Albanese used it quite well to get elected.
Unfortunately many are naïve, lack critical thinking in education & are easily manipulated.
