2/ Once the US is completely without allies, Putin is free to "annex" the US without opposition from other countries. Who would help us as we helped Europe and the South Pacific in WWII? No one. Why would they since they think we are all neo-Nazis (Trump's "mandate") or cowards who have capitulated.

1/ I fear I am beginning to see an "end game" in the President's strategy. First, he economically isolates us from our allies around the world. Then he sends his "voice box" Vance to Europe to trash talk our EU allies.
