When times are stressful take care of yourself mentally & physically. Eat well, avoid over indulging in junk food and alcohol. Get some exercise, take a walk, meditate, find your calm place, stop doom scrolling. Take small positive steps, change takes time. Sleep 7-8 hrs.
And as always be kind.

Morning, it's a cold one out there. Spent most of the day yesterday chopping 3/4 to an inch of ice off the walk and driveway. Hope today's short lived predicted high of 40 will melt the rest.
