I was wondering why Milton Keynes sticks out for apparent discrepancy between funding per capital and capability rating but i think it should be capability 2 not 1 from Table 2 in new Local Authority Active Travel Capability Ratings 2025 as it got up-rated this year

I use one Bluetooth earphone for navigation instructions from a phone app. I very much doubt I'd be safer taking my eyes off the road to look at a device on my handlebars.

Personally I think it'd be better to call this machine learning and avoid the term 'artificial intelligence' completely here. It's not mimicking human intelligence, it's mimicking physics-based computer models.
