Well i felt a little confident today so tried to go to an event on my own, unfortunately my social anxiety reared it's head an bit my ass, I only managed 20 mins, these are the restrictions mental health can place on you, i thought i had it beaten 🥲

Well I've just declared an interest in standing for my Co-operative Party branch as equalities officer and tomorrow if all goes to plan I will also put my forms in for another go at the disabilities steering committee 🙂#SEND and #accessibility are my main focus :)

It's great to see some of our best MPs including @jessphillipsmp.bsky.social on here. It's got to be worth shouting to my local ones, too. They would get far more constructive conversation here, along with better control of who is interacting with all the aggression and abuse they're receiving.
