Disco Elysium is amazing, but it has one big issue:
It's so staggeringly good that it makes you reevaluate what you desire out of RPGs, knowing that you might never find a game that reaches the same highs as it.
It's a masterclass (and every one of its synonyms) in every sense of the word.

I'm not gonna lie, on one hand I feel kinda bad for having taken so long to watch Akira and Ghost in the Shell. On the other, I'm glad I took this long to watch either with the context of everything I've seen prior.

It's such a shame that what was one of the best websites for learning about Adventure Gamers ended up in such a state. The amount of coverage the staff gave to so many adventure games, be they well known or even fairly obscure stuff, was super insightful and plentiful too. Thankfully AGH lives on!

I normally wouldn't publicly speak on anything like this but enough is enough. It's fucking infuriating seeing an army of pestilent bigots hound up on marginalized folks who constantly have to live with a bounty on their head because of manipulative individuals who encourage said harassment+

Tetsuo: The Iron Man singlehandedly made me love cinema, reignited my passion for weird as hell art (and arguably mixed media too, currently watching some Svankmajer and his filmography is amazing) and also Japanese Cyberpunk is the coolest fucking thing ever created in the history of cinema!!!
