The most surreal thing about living abroad has been seeing kids in public without their parents. Playgrounds as a mixed space. Schools without police and fences. America is extremely backward when it comes to public safety.
Each semester I go in my classroom and I try to figure out what we would use to block the doors, if it would be safe to crawl out the windows, where we could hide if there was a mass shooter in campus. It’s such an indictment of this country how we have normalized these preventable tragedies.

It’s like a perverse make-a-wish - where the family lied and this kids been getting whatever he wants for 60 years.

Putting this out there, I’m trying estrogen gel now since shots are forbidden (legally) in the Netherlands. Is two pumps a day sufficient to keep my levels where they were or should I press for more? I won’t be testing my levels for another month or so but I’m more nervous about how it’ll feel.

Some people have a serious lack of imagination when it comes to 40K and the Imperium. They genuinely can’t conceive of trans people existing 10,000 years in the future.

Starting to test my scheme for Ufthak - I haven’t painted yellow using pink for pre-shading before so I’m really excited to see how it turns out.
If you look closely you can see I used purple to shade the Ork skin, I love using purple for skin whether it’s green, grey, or brown. #warhammer
