If it's just a small number of holes this would be considered fair wear and tear, more so if you lived there for several years.
Most deposit protection schemes assume a landlord will redecorate every 3 to 5 years. Assuming 5, it means if you lived there 5 years they cannot claim at all for redecs.

Oh you'll be absolutely fine. In reality you were probably doing 75mph at most (speedos over-read by a small margin) and that's well within tolerance.

If the limit was 70, the threshold for a ticket is 79mph (10% + 2mph). Generally your car's speedometer would display a slightly higher speed than your true speed, so you'd need to be doing an *indicated* 80mph or more to get a ticket.

I'm not a heavy Instagram user, but back in the protected-twitter-account days I'd sometimes request to follow a locked account, they'd accept and follow back, and then I'd realise they weren't that interesting so would unfollow... I wonder if they thought I was milking for follows!

But it's just weird, no? Like, I've seen the first two likes, I saw the reply... if I were interested I'd have looked at your page and returned the favour. Now I just feel like I'm being stalked.
