My other big obsession right now is like… the little modular blindbox bjd and mjd dolls. We have touched on this before

With my depression flaring up the closer I get to dad’s memorial, I retreat more into my hyperfixations to self soothe

Art share time: I did a marker experiment and to trick myself into being okay with messing up I did a self portrait

1. Water-based ink pens (pencil erases so easily underneath these??)
2-3. Alcohol-based markers layered on top
4. Water-based markers and colored pencils added

My attempts to be organized about my spare parts and pieces that I should probably just sell or rehome but I’m tired and anxious and small
Two acrylic boxes stacked on top of each other filled with various doll clothes and parts. There’s a black and white cat behind them. One of the opened acrylic boxes. It has zippered pouches and bags in it as well as small plastic containers of labeled doll parts such as “Nagi hands” and “eye chips” Another opened acrylic boxes stacked. This one contains various doll pieces in different states of assembly— some are dressed dolls, some are just bodies, some are blank doll faceplates all from various series.

Two more shuffled-piece antu dolls— even their hair pieces are both mismatched. For the one on the right I replaced the Cute Beast forearms with Nine Color Deer arms and Adou-Loong hands.

The one on the left has literally googly eyes instead of eye chips.

Transpride dragon doll!! They’re like… four different dolls pieced together. (Like… from the antu/antilles/penny’s box series they have parts from two different Nine Color Deer dolls, one Spirit of the Book doll and one Adou-Loong doll)
