Aw, I'm glad! I'm so excited to send these out

Yeah, sorry, neither of those come with sleep.

It's so frustrating -- I'm so sorry.

The fact that we're just supposed to suffer because "hypothetical fertility" is so incredibly frustrating.

I hate that their strategy is just "hormones in slightly different configurations because this time it might work" over and over and over again.

It's all awful -- I hope your gp ends up finally listening to you.

Anyway, in relation to today's discourse, the answer to "it's not fair that trans men get hysterectomies easier than cis women"(presuming this is true, which I strongly doubt) is to make it easier for *everyone* to have access to the care they need, instead of the polar opposite.

It wasn't even about preserving my fertility or anything (I have two kids and am not having more), it was just "we need to try absolutely everything before we do surgery"

Meanwhile I spent 9 out of the past 24 months severely depressed while trying to prove that birth control doesn't work for me.

I am annoyed that doctors refused to believe me when I said "hormonal birth control causes severe depression for me so it isn't a solution."

Their response? "Oh just try [this different thing], it'll be better."

I literally ended up yanking my IUD out at home because I couldn't get out of bed.

My inbox is full of Canadian retailers going "buy Canadian this Black Friday" and, just, like, folks, read the room.

If you think that the current state of trans healthcare in the UK is because of concern or caution, I'd encourage you to think again.

It's not medically informed, it's a reactionary response to transphobic bigotry whipped up into a frenzy over the past few years.

And it costs lives.

The recommendations I read is to avoid night training, since it's a hormonal thing that varies greatly from kid to kid?

It's potty at bedtime and then pullups until they're consistently dry every morning. Or until they're consistently waking in the night to pee.

(my personal feeling is that anglo Canadians should stfu on this issue considering the origins of our demonym)

Someday my brain might be free of song lyrics by 1990s Canadian comedy groups, but apparently not today.
