In Dracula Untold they reveal the origin of Dracula, which is that there was an older vampire. Wow. So creative, I see why this was such a success.

Wolf Man is gonna suck on a streaming service. It's dark and the sound is the best thing about it. People are gonna hate it when it's compressed to shit and relying on TV speakers.

I liked Wolf Man but it's not as good as Whannell's other work. The themes of generational trauma are a little on the nose here, and I'm not sure Whannell really has much to say on the subject. Great sound design.

While there is some legitimate concern about people giggling during uncomfortable moments in Nosferatu, the people who think that the film didn't contain intentional humor are also weird.
