And, if they succeed and then are voted out in 2028, how difficult will it be for the government to ramp back up again? How deep of a hole will this put us in moving forward?
A couple of (actually serious) thought-experiment questions on where we are and where we’re going:
If a bunch of sociopaths are destroying the federal government from within, why should we pay federal taxes?
And if they succeed, who’s going to make us pay those taxes?

Big Law will bow down the same as their corporate clients. Note how little you hear about Big Law diversity efforts or their pro bono right now. It will only get worse.
