I hope it does good for you! Don’t be afraid to try and switch therapists (assuming you have the option) if you don’t click with them!

I was today years old when I learned this. I grew up in a very sheltered conservative home and over the last 10 years or so have been finding out that so much of the narrative I was fed is incorrect.
