Exciting goings-on in our garden!

2 weeks ago one Grass #Snake in the first clip had opaque blue eyes, indicating he/she was about to shed his/her skin.

Wind forward a couple of weeks... and the 2nd clip shows that newly shed skin, which I found in the same spot yesterday afternoon! #wildlife

Netty is supposedly a Whippet X... very little is known about her past as she was a stray... so we have no idea of what her parents were.

As of tomorrow it will be two weeks since Netty came to live with us.

She has settled in incredibly well and is the most gentle, companiable dog I have ever met... we are so lucky to have found her.

She also likes sleeping in the dirt 🤣
