A piece of digital fanart that I did of Princess Peach based on that stained glass window in Super Mario 64. This is actually a redraw of a piece I did in 2016. Instead of her being shown side profile, Peach is instead looking towards the viewer with a sweet expression on her face and her hands clasped together. I also drew the roses more realistic compared to the original stained glass version, and tried to keep most of the elements and colours the same. For the background I also included a brick wall which I added a bit of texture to, alongside rose and leaf embellishes with hearts at the top and bottom on each side. Overall I spent a lot of time working on this trying out different things, and to this very day I still remember the ordeal with the lace.... || Artist: yesbutterfly (Image tags, included for clarity for the subject: #supermario #nintendo #fanart #princesspeach #peach #digitalart ) Image: A traditional sketch (with colour added digitally just to make it a bit more interesting) of Ribbon from Kirby64: The Crystal Shards holding one of the crystal shards and looking towards the viewer. I decided to keep a bit closer to her design clothing and a bit more proportion wise (actually I just made her a slightly larger chibi.) For some reason her sketch was a bit easier to work with than Adeleine's...idk...I guess it was just me at the time. The background is white, with a rounded edged square behind the character, which is a light pink/purple gradient. It has a bit of a texture to give it a papery look in the shape of a with a line cut part-way across diagonally from the ('your') top right corner and the bottom left corner which is white to make it look like its cut from the background. The character also has a white outline to make them stand out a bit better. || Artist: yesbutterfly (Image tags, included for clarity for the subject: #kirby #kirby64 #fanart #ribbon #starallies #sketch ) Image: This is a digital fan illustration of the Powerpuff Girl's that I did in May drawn in an anime style but based a little bit on their appearance in the original cartoon rather than the PPGZ anime. It features the three sisters, Bubbles (holding Octi), Blossom and Buttercup, drawn in poses that I thought would suit them and bring out their personalities. I decided to also recreate the heart background that is shown in the series. This was done as a revisit to a couple of designs that I did for an event on a now defunct art website PaigeeWorld. || Artist: yesbutterfly (Image tags, included for clarity for the subject: #ppg #powerpuffgirls #buttercup #blossom #bubbles #cartoonnetwork) Image: A digital illustration of my OC/Kirby OC Lumina in response to a "Draw your OC like this" type of thing, in this case the original image was of Fred Flintstone from The Flintstones sitting at the table holding a piece of meat with a stern/unimpressed look (well that's how I always took that expression.)
