In Archie's Sonic the Hedgehog #265, Mighty the Armadillo is shown to be capable of holding his own against Sonic the Werehog.
The fight ultimately ends when Amy and Sally intervene, but Mighty was holding back despite the fact that Sonic was in a feral state.
