However, top-down changes are necessary as well, so their presence was important.
( + there were some interesting insights and contributions from ‘real’ researchers from parallel sessions)
Overall, there wasn’t a good balance in terms of speakers, but there were still some interesting aspects (2/2)

It wasn’t what I expected in terms of the intervention and speakers, and perhaps that’s why the members of your lab didn’t enjoy it. Many speakers were representatives of institutions or policymakers, so I felt less engaged. I was disappointed, but I wouldn’t say that I ‘hated it’. (1/2)
