We had a chicken/herb version from that same brand when it was on rebate and made it with noodles and frozen veggies. Needed a little extra seasoning for our taste but other than that worked out really well.

They recently had a bagged salad kit that was something along the lines of maple pecan with a shallot dressing and we put canned salmon (also from there) on it. Delicious and felt fancy!

Overall we’re (we as in our society) not good with nuances or “finding the middle way”. In this case clearly there’s a middle way between hyper individualism and martyrdom and that’s where real community mindedness lives.
