Here's the thing. Rob Reiner is a tough one. Like Robin, the Meathead was a part of my childhood. I loved watching him take on Archie's bigotry. I wanted to be like that, stand up for people. I realized while I was writing this that Mike Stivic really informed my worldview at a very young age.
