I agree. Instead of continuing to careen to the Right in a way that guarantees even pendulum-swing victories are hollow, Dems should attempt to win both elections and power by accepting some moderation and taking progressive positions on specific positions for a change. It's worth a try!

I think that Democrats winning more elections would be extremely beneficial on net for all the relevant groups, even if what it took to get there was some moderation on specific positions.
