Saki, Hisao and Kaito take you through Japanese retro and some modern video games, review them on real hardware, and evaluate how accessible they are to non Japanese speakers and learners alike. Rad!
Oooh, that looks fun. Did you have a tidy up in that corner?

Yeah, I was dead chuffed with it. There's a reason I call my collection of stuff the rubbish heap, one person's junk is another's gold and little things like this are the thing I enjoy :)

This really is indeed a real odd but interesting little game. It's not that common at all, the copy I found for about 100yen in a random Book Off in Nara-ken, don't remember where exactly had some passwords written on the back of the cartridge, handy! For 100yen I was happy to pay that :)

I'll be clearing it up in a week or two, and then I'll amend the Wikipedia page to clear up the misunderstanding.

Again sometimes it's just an mistake made out of being earnest but it's frustrating when effort is made to do proper research to goes nowhere against the kind of stuff that generally does better with YouTube audiences and algorithms. Ahh well. 仕方がないね。

There's an absolute howler on the PC-FX English Wikipedia page, stemming from someone who clearly didn't understand the original Famitsu article as it does not appear on the Japanese page. It's a shame so many videos have been made using that page as a reference parroting the same "fact"....

Yes I remember them, you could buy CD-R blanks of them, in different dye colours too. There was such a variety of CD-R material back then.
