Me and my Social Studies classes. I kept on getting As so I would excuse myself to the restroom at the beginning of the class and hang out with other teachers for the duration of most of the class.

Melatonin messes me up the next day mentally so I can’t really take it hahah though my insomnia hasn’t been too bad in the past few years so net gain.

I find screaming, crying, and smashing Medica II helps me center myself when play WHM. Which YMMV on the effectiveness of that. For real though my biggest healer tip is remember to look out for what you can ensuna and don’t cure II fish - that only leads to ruin.
