Lunch and learn with Christina Rogers, a four-year medical student at Rush Medical College and research assistant at the RADC. Christina spoke to attendees about lifestyle behaviors that can affect brain health. Afterwards, attendees created their own personalized Healthy Brain Plans.

Today is National HIV/AIDS and Aging Awareness Day. Some people don't know that for people who are HIV-positive, the infection actually makes its way to the brain early in the disease process, which can lead to HIV-associated dementia.
