As a kid watching Superman The Movie at a sold out cinema in Croydon. My parents and I had the last 3 seats but they were together and I was in another row on my own. Perfect! Adored the opening titles with John Williams' theme and everyone cheered when Superman caught the helicopter and Lois Lane.

I think Cine city has gone, sadly. I used to live down the road from it late 80s early 90s and I used to love going there. Proper old flea pit with those old desk top ticket dispensers in the box office that sounded like a pump action shotgun when it fired the tickets out.
