I'm on the retired end of my life, only recently accepting that I'm Autistic.
For me, excutive function including time management was always tied to "why". Why am I dong "this thing" -- and it needed to make sense to me (not an external demand).
Me looking "zoned out" is usually me hyper-fixated.

I have read many Indigenous women (to the continent that Handmaid's Tale was written) saying the same thing.
It becomes obvious once you've spent the time to think about it.
Not having to think about or already be aware of it is one of the obvious privileges Whiteness is granted.

They can't figure why Canadians don't want to go to Plattsburgh, NY to celebrate the first time USA tried to make Canada (Upper Canada now Ontario), the 51st state! Their pride is our disgust. #Never51 #BoycottUSA

Once a party has a US-style leadership convention, rather than having caucus decide leaders, it becomes merely a corporation you can "vote" for instead of voting for a person.

So much of what is wrong with the #NDP relates to top-down corporate culture.

Leadership by Caucus
Every pundit and their sibling will write about the Liberal leadership race over the next few weeks, but few will say what truly needs to be said: it is the wrong way to choose a national party leader...

I don't think this is about individuals. Canada has a Rape Culture.

I wish it wasn't seen as a male-vs-female thing, as it is cultural.
"I can not share how many of the females I knew had told me stories of rape and other sexual violence committed against them."

I’m also not an art historian, but I am a systems analyst
Does a painting represent the model, the artist, or the culture?
