This last year wasn’t about reinvention—it was about realignment.

Light doesn’t argue with darkness — it simply shines.
One flame won’t fix the world, but it can soften it.
Love is an action: tend it, protect it, and pass it on.
Be the warmth. Be the clarity. Share the light.

LGBTQIA+ people have never “appeared.” We’ve always been here.
Before borders. Before laws. Before shame.
Not new — just no longer silent.
A world without us has never existed, and never will.

Three years ago, my life looked very different. I was surviving more than living—reacting instead of choosing, carrying patterns that no longer served me, and measuring myself by standards that weren’t even mine.
Today, I’m not claiming I’ve “arrived.”

Progress doesn’t always look productive. Sometimes it looks like rest, boundaries, and quietly reclaiming yourself. This week was about honoring that truth.

When a vetted investigative story is killed because the government refuses interviews, that’s not editorial judgment — it’s political censorship. Silence isn’t a veto. Journalism isn’t stenography. CBS must air the story and defend press freedom.

Labels aren’t the problem.
Weaponized meaning is.
When words like “woke,” “Antifa,” or “patriot” stop describing ideas and start signaling who to hate or dismiss, thinking shuts down. This piece is about reclaiming meaning — and refusing distorted frames.
Labels Aren’t the Problem — Weaponized Meaning Is
“Woke.” “Antifa.” “Patriot.” These words once described ideas. Now they’re often used to end conversations before they begin. This essay breaks down how labels are distorted for political comfort, …

Being a spiritual wanderer isn’t about being lost — it’s about being unwilling to lie to yourself.

Some journeys lead inward first.

This graphic oversimplifies — but the core issue is real.
The U.S. still relies on outdated poverty thresholds that ignore modern costs. If we don’t update how poverty is measured, we’ll keep pretending millions aren’t struggling. You can’t fix what you won’t measure.

This shouldn’t be a surprise.

Trump treats his words as law and dismisses actual law when it doesn’t serve him. That’s not leadership — it’s authoritarianism.

When loyalty to one man replaces the Constitution, democracy is already at risk.

If someone else’s suffering doesn’t matter to you because they aren’t “here legally,” then we have nothing to discuss.

Human dignity isn’t conditional.
Compassion doesn’t stop at borders.
That’s not politics — that’s character.

You don’t have to be “pro-socialism” to benefit from socialist concepts.
We already pool resources for roads, schools, fire departments, Medicare, Social Security, and food safety.

The issue isn’t labels — it’s honesty about how society actually works.

This is how democracies erode — not by outsiders, but by disengagement.
When voters stop questioning power, control shifts to those who exploit confusion fastest.

This is a big scientific win. A new method can detect the smallest microplastics more accurately than ever before. Detection isn’t removal yet—but you can’t fix what you can’t measure. This brings us closer to accountability and prevention. #Science
New type of ‘sieve’ detects the smallest pieces of plastic in the environment more easily than ever before
Nanoplastics can cross the blood-brain barrier – and being able to better detect them is the first step in addressing their potential impact.

So, when I moved back home at the end of 2022, my weight was 415 lbs. This week when I weighed myself, I’m 347.8. That’s 67.2 lbs lost — slowly, steadily, and in a way that feels sustainable rather than chaotic.

In the last few weeks, I’ve become increasingly convinced that Trump and his regime are totally cooked.

They can only stay in power by stealing elections—but they can only do that if enough people are willing to help them.

They’re in a downward spiral and can’t pull themselves out of it.

Some people aren’t lacking intelligence—they’re lacking the willingness to use it. Mockery and denial are shields for those threatened by truth. Russell said it best: “When we abandon our own reason and rely on authority, trouble follows.” I’m the mirror. Their reaction says everything.

Living my truth in a world that’s breaking in too many places. I raise my voice because silence only feeds injustice. Honesty, compassion, and courage aren’t rebellion — they’re responsibility. And I refuse to look away when others are being harmed.
