The only thing I haven't done is ability to auto fix issues on save.

3. Add vscode-eslint-language-server to the list of language-servers for TypeScript/JavaScript/JSX/TSX language in languages.toml.

See below how I configured it in the Nix-way with the help of home-manager:

2. For some reason, ESLint couldn't find tsconfig.json in my project. I have a monorepo with a bunch of packages. Each package contains its own tsconfig.json. Maybe it is the cause of the issue.

The fix is simple. Set languagesOptions.parserOptions.tsconfigRootDir to import.meta.dirname

1. At the moment, Helix supports only [email protected]. Higher versions won't report any diagnostics in your editor.

e.g. I tried to use 4.10.0 (current nixos-unstable) and it didn't work. Using the
github:NixOS/nixpkgs/e89cf1c932006531f454de7d652163a9a5c86668 revision worked.

#2 thing I'm missing in helix is the ability to operate on git diff hunks.
For example, @zed.dev provides these super useful bindings:

"d o" => "editor::ToggleSelectedDiffHunks"
"d p" => "git::Restore"

Helix, on the other hand, only has :reset-diff-change.

I wish I used @biomejs.dev as my daily linter/formatter. So much simpler, easy to integrate in literally any editor.

And guess what is the reason why it is not supported?

Turns out the place you can get the latest stable version of ESLint LSP from is VS Code extension.
So people have to manually extract LSP from this extension to integrate it in their editors.

Incredibly stupid.

I know that Bluesky uses Rich text instead of Markdown. But the problem is that I still can't do what I need. There's no way to create a linkable text with official editor. I have to rely on 3rd party clients to do so. This is silly.

I literally have to use @deck.blue whenever I need to make text linkable. That sucks. This seems like a dead simple feature.

I'm migrating to codeberg.org. GitHub is dead for me at this point. Slow as fuck, ships with AI bullshit features that no one asked for and can't fix idiotic bugs for years.

Fuck you fucking fuck, Microsoft.
