More pushing, shoving, “less lethal” projectiles towards the crowd that was assembled at Metro Detention Center. Protesters were as far as I can tell peaceful outside of remaining in the area (but were attempting to leave) until the charge from horse mounted units.

LAPD has Alameda Street blocked off between Aliso and Temple. Lt Boyle said they’re using this area as a “staging ground.”
Some officers have “less lethal” launchers out. Some have batons and helmets ready at their side. Protesters are chanting “peaceful protest”
