By my count there have been 9 immigration officer shootings- all of which have been at moving cars. Shooting at a moving car is dangerous and out of policy at all levels of law enforcement.

Agents cell video shows the victim saying "Im not mad at you" with her dog in the back seat before she veers away from him to drive off. He does the walking-around-the-car-filming-you trying-to-intimidate-you-thing. After he shoots her he (or other agent) calls her "bitch". Its bad.

They are not supposed to fire a gun at a moving vehicle or approach it from the front. Not to mention the agents barking different commands at her. There is no universe in which this shooting was justified. Its the inevitable result of the unconstitutional clown show that she has been propping up.
In another presser today, DHS Kristi Noem continued to spin what really happened in Minneapolis yesterday despite all of the video that contradicts everything she says.
Noem even went so far as to call the ICE shooter "an experienced officer" who "followed his training."
