Police told ICE the protesters were well within their 1st Amendment rights and weren't doing anything wrong, and rolled off.

From this scanner traffic, you might imagine it was an enormous crowd in Pittsburgh blocking the ICE office.

You would be wrong. According to police, when they got there, seven (7) protesters were blocking the driveway.

So, you know, now you have that information moving forward.
South Side. 3000 Sidney Street. Caller is with ICE and says that protestors have them blocked in.

I started reading the records you're requesting and literally started daydreaming about the FOIAs I want to submit to ICE on Monday, hot damn dude

OMG. I had never heard about this. It was a Bulgarian sheepdog puppy from the President of Bulgaria and the National Security Council had to figure out what to do with it. Incredible.

Gift exchanges among heads of state take some finessing. President Obama was criticized for giving Queen Elizabeth II an iPod two years ago. But during this week's visit, he got better reviews afte...

I'm not gonna say out loud that if folks with felony records in PA would just quit carrying guns, then the AUSAs at Western District of Pennsylvania would have nothing to do

but they would at least have to get creative with criminal charges other than Felon In Possession.

How quickly will someone reaching into their coat to pull out their phone be "mistaken" by an ICE officer as someone reaching for a gun?
I am introducing the Quick Recognition (QR) Act, which requires ICE and CBP officers to wear uniforms featuring QR codes. When scanned, the code would generate a digital ID displaying the officer’s name, badge number, and law enforcement agency.

ICE should be unmasked both physically and digitally.

I know you know these things. I'm as annoyed at you are at people's reactions. But CNN's digital editor knew what they were doing with that headline.
January 14, 2026 at 7:19 AM
The headline isn't doing it any favors. "Shed light on" & "ties to" both have negative connotations -- implying something had been shrouded in darkness, & we often see 'ties to' in relation to shady organizations or backgrounds. The copy is good. The headline sucks.

It was this lil guy, which is a meme. The baristas at my coffee shop draw stuff on the cup sleeves like Sonic and Tails making out. Getting given one of their drawings is a special honor.

I also wonder if this was pre-drawn and the cop got given it randomly and decided to get 2 people fired.

Between the jagoffs who speed up my left and rip a turn into the neighborhood, the people crossing three lanes to make the Greenfield turn, and the jerks who ride the left only lane up to Monitor and then just sit there trying to merge back in and blocking my turn I hate them I hate them all
