I'm not gonna say out loud that if folks with felony records in PA would just quit carrying guns, then the AUSAs at Western District of Pennsylvania would have nothing to do

but they would at least have to get creative with criminal charges other than Felon In Possession.

How quickly will someone reaching into their coat to pull out their phone be "mistaken" by an ICE officer as someone reaching for a gun?
I am introducing the Quick Recognition (QR) Act, which requires ICE and CBP officers to wear uniforms featuring QR codes. When scanned, the code would generate a digital ID displaying the officer’s name, badge number, and law enforcement agency.

ICE should be unmasked both physically and digitally.

This is 10th-grader Arnoldo Bazan.

A citizen.

Immigration agents grabbed him and put him in a chokehold.

"We're from the United States bro!' he screamed.

Agents took and sold his phone

And when he finally got home hours later, his shirt was ripped, he neck had angry, red welts, and he sobbed.

Earlier today someone posted pics of unmarked law enforcement vehicles massed up at a local public transit up, warning that they could be ICE agents. I contacted Pittsburgh Regional Transit, who tells us they're FBI & local & state police participating in a multi-agency exercise for the 2026 draft.

Trump: "It was highly disrespectful of law enforcement. The woman and her friend were highly disrespectful of law enforcement…Law enforcement should not be in a position where they have to put up with this stuff."

One more round of pictures from the Pittsburgh "ICE Out for Good" protest march on the South Side today.

I am not good at crowd numbers: lots of people, families with kids, young people with dogs, older folks; it was unbelievably cold & windy & snow got very heavy at points. Somber but energetic.

This protester had incredible trash talk game, I'm sad I only got my phone out for the tail end of her hilariously berating a plainclothes officer

These ICE officers keep yelling "18 USC 111" at the person taking the video.

18 USC 111 requires a "forcible act," verbal or gestured threats, or for the officer to anticipate bodily harm. www.justice.gov/archives/jm/...

It is your right to record law enforcement.
