Your pants just grow wetter over time. Slow enough that they get cold and icky really fast. Your CG sending you out on an errand, better go quickly if you don’t want the wet spot in your pants to get too obvious to everyone else.

With a mojito I probably wouldn’t fat wash a dark rum, since it’s meant to be such a bright cocktail. I’d do a mint washed light rum, sous vide oleo sacrum style, then infuse the simple syrup with something flavourful, I find the hot and vegetal taste of jalapeño works nicely with mint and rum

With a mojito I probably wouldn’t fat wash a dark rum, since it’s meant to be such a bright cocktail. I’d do a mint washed light rum, sous vide oleo sacrum style, then infuse the simple syrup with something flavourful, I find the hot and vegetal taste of jalapeño works nicely with mint and rum
