My hinge also broke so it could just rotate infinitely, and it didn't really bother me until the left ear cup stopped working entirely.. assume you don't have a fix for that? I'd still like to take a look at the videos you used though!

Mine also broke like a month ago and omg it's hell. I'm not waiting for the xm6 to come out in May next year, but living with these temporary headphones I have now is not great.
May I ask what was wrong with yours exactly and how you fixed it?
