I'm currently scratching art cards at Anthrocon! I have extra wood stylus tools and cards if anyone would like to join me!

I am at ANTHROCON! You might find me wandering the den or chilling in the hall outside of Ops. If you see me in the hall, come draw with me! I'll have scratch pads!

I did this little "bad" doodle in Sketchbook back in January of this year. I dunno, I think it's funny!

2008, Alcohol markets. Project for a college illustration course. We were supposed to do the concept illustration before the final render, but I did the final render first and did the concept render in about 20 minutes following the final render's completion (which took approximately 3.5 hours). Lol

I used to work in pencils almost exclusively back in grade school. These works are more recent! The Gundam MK-II will go on to provide the base "structure" of a final render in my favorite medium! (The baby was a commission piece; ref from photo)

Sometimes when I have time (at conventions usually) I will break out my little scratch cards and do little scratch-art doodles and leave them for people to take freely. :)

My favorite medium to work in has been alcohol-based markers on blending paper. I don't always love my color choices, and sometimes blending gets unpredictable, but I just find something sitting about it. Like watercolor without all the extra steps.

I sold this piece at Anthrocon 2024 from a collection I shared in the Art Show there. I hope it has a good home! It is a watercolor piece that I did from a still life observation several (nearly 20) years ago.

I'm going to try my hand at successfully posting on my feed regularly, even if it ends up being once a month. It would be nice to have a place to share my silly little artworks with people, instead of just sharing my works in person on my mobile phone.

I picked these up at the supermarket yesterday and I'm simply ecstatic!
