Screenshotted from my Instagram but I will ALWAYS share a Carlos Delgado graphic that has him as a catcher. Dude was a solid catcher that converted to OF and shortly after 1B where he mashed 473 career homeruns during the steroid era, clean as a whistle. Journaled every AB too. Needs to be in HoF!

Hanging out, taking some BP swings today🤪 my shoulder held up incredibly well, timing was still there, but flat shoes are not a good mix on turf, I was sliding all over the place🤣 so grateful to be able to experience these little things during some down time at work☺️

This is a small portion of my Carlos Delgado collection. My favorite player of all time, the most egregious HoF snub imo, and played for Syracuse! I learned stats and memorized his from collecting his baseball cards when I was 6 years old. That’s how I fell in love with baseball, the Mets and stats!

This is most of the SP’s/auto/numbered cards of Brett Baty that I have, once the offseason progresses and I can focus more on player analyses, I’ll explain why he’s my favorite player currently and why Mets fans should be really excited about a future that includes Brett! I’m a firm believer.

Going through my numbered and autos and completely forgot I had this Alvarez 1/1. I love cards that involve cool art or independent artists. This is a neat one for sure! ‘23 Topps Chrome Platinum Anniversary was my favorite set of all time. Based on my research the Brett Baty 1/1 hasn’t been pulled👀
