Why does your own NBA video rule book show that a player who is hit on the lower hand and wrist is guilty of a foul, but in the Kings/Clippers game you called this same thing a legal “high five” situation?

Why does your own NBA video rule book show that a player who is hit on the lower hand and wrist is guilty of a foul, but in the Kings/Clippers game you called this same thing a legal “high five” situation?

Devin Carter was amazing today. But having a rookie play crucial minutes, things like 1/4 from the FT is what you’ll have to take with it. But man, a point guard can’t go 1/4 from the line man.
