To me, cozy horror has a lot to do with the setting and low-stakes. So, I don’t think Fiend fits that particular criteria. Books like Cackle by Rachel Harrison or The Saturday Night Ghost Club by Craig Davidson are what I think of as cozy

"The Free State of Florida" once again banned more books than any other state — for the third year running. More than 2,000 books were pulled off of shelves last year.
