Poor ventilation in schools increases the risk of buildup of CO2 VOCs mould bacteria and respiratory viruses,
Triggering chronic disease like asthma and leading to acute illness.

Indeed they are, Ian. Opening windows isn't always possible, or enough. The DfE know this and recommend air filters.

We’re working with James and @housefresh.bsky.social to find the best filters for classrooms. Here is a sample of the running costs.

The hearings (29 Sept–23 Oct) will explore the impact on schooling, mental health, disability, vulnerability - and the ongoing reality of Long Covid.

Too often, children’s experiences are overlooked. We would not leave their voices behind.

On Monday, the Inquiry begins Module 8: Children and Young People.

This is the first time the Inquiry will focus solely on how the pandemic affected children’s health, education, and wellbeing.
