If we're going to realistically recover from trauma &/or addiction, we're going to be saying a lot of "goodbyes"-- to people, to patterns, to beliefs.
Those "goodbyes" can be bittersweet, & that's okay-- but our "goodbye" to cycles that were literally killing us needs to stick.
