Which is a very fitting name because that’s exactly what who those types of people are.

If you take a striking actors role, you stay anonymous. That’s the normal humane thing to do.

This is why I get so frustrated at people for undermining our strikes or saying we are ridiculous to fear AI. Our fears are valid because our jobs are being eliminated. Our art form is being stolen. People are losing their livelihoods from these choices.

It breaks my heart.

This isn't the first time we've seen an Anime use AI dubbing instead of actually hiring Voice Actors. And, unfortunately, I don't think it will be the last. Companies are trying to normalize this after years of striking.

But art is human. And I will always believe that AI has no role in art.
